I have had the pleasure to work with Ilja on a number of deals. I find him to be a true professional and one who is truly dedicated to his clients. Talking in generalities is one thing, but recently I experienced first hand just how deeply Ilja cares about his clients. Instead of stopping negotiations once his client (the buyer) was happy with a price, Ilja continued to secure an extra $2k beyond what the client even expected. When asked why he didn't just take the sure thing, he said, "I knew the client needed it and I wanted to get it for him." When choosing a realtor, it is important that the correct choice be made. I had really good experience with Ilja! He is extremely knowledgeable and professional, he was also very responsive and worked with my personal needs. He would spend enough his time on my requests and had no problem with an immediate call back. His knowledge of the real estate market is outstanding! He was also very helpful and resourceful when it came to answer all my questions and concerns. I would highly recommend his service as a real estate agent to anybody.

I was the first home buyer back in Oct 2009 and My experience buying a home with Ilja was awesome. I would recommend him to anyone. He is not a real estate agent using fancy words on the phone and sending out bunch out listing to sell/buy any homes. He ACTUALLY Cares about his client. I wasn't buying million dollar property or anything .. as matter of fact, my budget was tight and looked for one bedroom condo in NJ. Yet, His care is non-discriminatory regardless what kind of property you are buying/selling. He answers all my questions , works with my budgets, and Even for Appraisal, I couldn't be there to be with appraiser so He went there for me. When we saw Properties together, he gave me his Honest Opinion. Because I am a first home Buyer, I don't know what questions I ask,right? so he asked for me and he checks everywhere to see if anything needs to be fixed etc. Even after the contract is signed, he calls me later and asking if I like the house and how's neighbor etc.. Com'on. WHO DOES that? He actually cares about his clients and will be there for you until deal is completed and even AFTER... that's the Bottom Line.

Our experience selling the house with Ilja was wonderful! Not only was he extremely knowledgeable and professional, he was also very responsive and flexible. He would return our calls promptly and had no problem adhering to our schedule if something came up. We were impressed with his knowledge of the real estate market and his ability to estimate the value of our home! He was also very helpful and resourceful when it came to staging the house - he had very specific suggestions what would make our home stand out and sell faster. He was also our photographer and did a fantastic job showcasing our property, which lead to a lot of inquiries and showings. We got an offer within 3 weeks of listing the property with Ilja. I would definitely recommend him - very easy to deal with and will not leave you hanging or rip you off.
