- I enjoy the challenge to help people reach their goals, either Buyers or Sellers, and within shorter and more direct time spans.

- Finding enough time in the day.

- I would have to say it was my first sale. I was thrilled the people loved the house, and the Sellers were very cooperative to my Buyers needs. It was an overwhelming feeling of gratitude that I helped both parties get to the closing table with no issues and within 30 days.
- What is your best characteristic?
- Marketing. I can market any house for shorter time lines to sell. I also have a way of helping Buyers find a house of their dreams within 2 times out looking. Once I meet clients, I get inside their heads to know what they want, likes and desire and I set forth in achieving their needs quicker than most.
- Who or what inspires you the most?
- The desire to help others inspires me beyond anything else.
- What is the best advice you ever received?
- I was told once, as a Realtor you are a staple, and Realtors should keep it all together with their clients desires and needs always.
- If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
- Right here at the NJ Shore Area. We have good schools, nice neighborhoods, low crime and many activities and marinas, resturants and shopping. Why move anywhere else?
