Are there any new developments or trends in your area?
During the past few years, new construction has being blooming in Bergen County. Old homes are rapidly being replaced by new ones. Most buyers today prefer to settle in newly constructed halve duplex which offers hardly any land rather than procure a big old house situated on a big lot.

Why do you enjoy being a real estate agent?
This is a difficult one; there are so many things I love about my profession. One of the things I like the most will have to be the glowing smile on my customers or my clients face after a successful closing. I fee like a hero when the title has being delivered to my buyer or an adequate check has being handed to my seller.

What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
Bringing a victorious ending to the sale of a house which my buyers and I discovered long after attorney review that it was built out side of the lot’s boundaries and in to the towns property.

What is your best characteristic?
Integrity! My successful relationships with my clients are based on my integrity.

Who or what inspires you the most?
My inspiration for everything in life has always been my father. He set the example and taught me everything I need know to achieve my goals and to be a respectful human being. Though he passes away in 1974, he has never ceased to inspire me.

What is the best advice you ever received?
My father always said, "Integrity leads to successful relationships and results!"

If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
I love living in my borough. The graceful town offers the best mix of business advantages and lifestyle appeal. Huge corporations exist symbiotically with the residential neighborhoods which are immersed in diversity of cultures. I live in one of the most historic areas of NJ, and only a half a mile from my home, right across from the Hudson River, the rising New York skyline adds a majestic portrayal to the scene. If for some reason, If had to live somewhere else in the world I would defiantly choose the Greek Islands.
