February 22, 2008 I have known and worked with Eva from the time when I purchased my Condo in NJ, on September of 2004. Since then she has managed my apartment (buy, rent and sell). She managed to rent the apartment very promptly, and then she sold it within two week of listing - in this very poor market for housing. Eva has gone out of her way to help me as I live almost 100 miles away from the condo. Eva took care of all problems with the tenant, and the buyer, including, but not limited to finding an electrician and a plumber and personally attended the repairs.
