I came into contact with Arlene recently. She was my sellers attorney. And she sucked big time. She was emotionally involved with the sale more than the seller was and was unwilling to negotiate. Rather than counseling the sellers to give and take in the right places, she gave them bad feedback. So I walked away the first time. A week later they came back meeting my offer. Again same story. As we went through home inspection and fixing of the issues, just way too many problems. For every fix, it was like pulling teeth. This woman is more interested in her commissions than in doing the right thing.
