Response: "I will respond to this person in sync with her tone. It is too bad that Maria has to resort to lying and underhanded tactics by sabotaging this site. I can only offer her the thought of reviews on her performance at her business. If one of her patients (clients) acted as she did with me while I had her listing how she would handle the situation? If one of her patients called her 4-6 times a day on top of 5 text messages and 4 emails, she would probably have the person arrested. Since I am being attacked here by Maria, I am not going to give into being held hostage by someone that has the luxury of hiding behind a screen anonymously. I will react accordingly upon any further sabotaging of this site."

Response: "Every once in a while, there is a crazy person in your life. Here is mine. Former client, yes, and I initially responded as I did out of not knowing who this was, but now I do.This home did not sell. Yes. Do to no fault of my advertising, communication or performance. This listing cost me valuable time, extensive effort and money. At a loss of nothing to the homeowner. This home did not sell due to the homeowner and unrealistic goals. When you list your home for sale, a seller needs to realize that no agent can dictate the market. When an agent calls to show a house, there is not room for… come back tomorrow, wait 6-8 hours, wait until next weekend. A seller’s particular psychosis is cannot to be forced upon the consumer that will usually make appointments for one day in an area to see homes. Numerous put off's to a buyer become discouraging, Reducing interest in the property by consumers and Realtors alike. If you are disappointed, I suggest you look in the mirror as to why. My record here and recent responses were posted by clients that were amazed and disgusted by the post below and came out in support of my hard work. Thanks for the review, I am glad to point out to sellers that intend to sell their homes that if you are serious about selling your home, learn a lesson from this seller. Email or call me to discuss what happened with this seller and her home and why it did not sell and what NOT to do when listing your home for sale."

Our county is continuously growing with the construction of new housing developments as well as business growth.

Why do you enjoy being a real estate agent?
I enjoy the client interaction and changing scenery of Real Estate. I tend to generate healthy relationships with my clients, buyer or seller, to have a firm understading of their goals. I set out to exceed all expectations and develop a lifelong business relationship and more often than not, a friendship as well.

What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
Negative press from the mainstream media about real estate home sales. Many buyers take statistical information out of context and do not realize that the market 30 miles outside of NYC has not changed as much as slower, over developed markets like Ohio and Atlanta.

What is your best characteristic?
Honesty and Integrity.

Who or what inspires you the most?
I am inspired by the fact that I work in an area saturated with realtors. This keeps me sharp, and drives me to set myself aside from my competition.

What is the best advice you ever received?
Think Big. Big Risks = Big Rewards. Walk directly to the top and do not tip toe around while you are there and bow out with all your marbles intact.

If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
New York. I moved from NY to New Jersey. NJ is Great, but there is no place like Brooklyn, New York.
