The best agent for the money.
I ended up on this site because the agent I used 3 years ago does not work for the same real estate company anymore. He was a very good agent, he was always available when I needed him that time I was looking for a rental, he e-mailed me daily etc, never said I'm sorry i don't have time. Now that i'm ready to buy, I need to track him down to help me find a nice home. Highly recommend him....
