Guy Cusumano has proven himself to be a very valuable ****et to a seller in this difficult market. My home was originally listed for 14 months with a different realtor before I met Guy. The first realtor promised me everything before the listing and then after I signed, she offered me NO help or ****istance! She wasted 14 months of a prime selling market and I had nothing to show for it. The market then took a turn for the worst from a sellers point but I had no choice in this matter. Dear Guy, We just closed on our house on Wednesday July 18 and thought of you. Gary and I both want to thank you for all the effort you put in to finding us a home in New Jersey. Our Saturdays have not been the same without you. We were very pleased with the service you provided us, making sure that there were at least 4 to 5 listings to look at or more each weekend in our price range and in or around the area we specified.We would like you to know that if anyone we know is looking for a house or looking to sell their property we will insist they call you. In closing I just want you to know that you have not seen the last of us, we took this house because of the price but by no means is it the home of our dreams.
