Nicole Loiseau sell a previous house with Anne E Curci and would not recommend them to other home sellers.
Anne Curci was the most disorganized and inexperienced Agent. I ended up selling my own home in Pine Hill when the client showed up at my door and asked if I could show her my home. She talked me into pulling up my carpet to reveal the hardwood floors underneath. Once I started removing the carpet, I realized the hardwood flooring was only on half the floor. I had to replace the carpet to the tune of $1800.00. I would never use her again!
Shane M buy a previous house with Michael J Lott and would not recommend them to other home buyers.
The biggest mistake we made was thinking that Michael would perform his job ethically and assist us throughout the process, as his profile on Weichert.com states. Perhaps he would have if he was only representing my fiancé and me as the home buyers. Not only was Michael our agent, he was also the agent for the home sellers. This was a major conflict of interest for all parties, except for Michael who knew exactly what was needed by both parties to put money in his pocket. That is to say, Michael knew the lowest amount the home sellers were willing to accept and how desperate they were to sell their home, as they were carrying two mortgages for nearly a year. Michael shared this information with us. This was obviously to our benefit; however, completely unethical. Michael took the fact that this was beneficial to us and used it against us in the remainder of our dealings with him and the purchase of our home. First of all, Michael rushed us to closing. We postponed closing several times because Michael originally scheduled it within a week of our offer being accepted. We continuously expressed our hesitation to rush into closing but Michael kept scheduling it within days of the previous set closing date after we requested at least a couple of weeks. Many people recommended that we slow the process.
