- Back in 2006, I had a listing on a house in byram,nj. The owner was relocating to charlotte and had already put a 10,000 dollar non refundable deposit on a new construction house. My clients had to close on their house in charlotte by the end of june or they would have lost that house and their deposit. They needed to sell their current house here in byram for the 20% down payment. We ended up getting their byram house sold and wire transferred the money to their attorney in charlotte, the seller went directly to the airport from closing, flew to charlotte, and the next day had the closing on his new house. That was the last day in june. One more day and he would have lost the house. Talk about pressure.

- To be the best at everything I do.

- Hearing someone say NO is just an opportunity to find out why, and turn it into a yes.
- If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
- If it was somewhere in the US, It would have to be close to a lake known for great bass fishing. I would love to live in spain, italy or sicily.
