Welcome to Incredible Agents! I am a licensed Realtor since March 2004. Prior to Real Estate I was a Associate VP within the medical education/pharmaceutical industry. Since becoming a REALTOR, I have obtained my Broker's License and most recently my NJ Real Estate Instructors License, of which there are only 325 instructors in NJ (as of 12/2010). I love Real Estate and helping families find their first home, upgrading to a larger home, or perhaps downsizing after the family is off to college. I am also very experienced in helping families out of tough situations through Short Sales. Seventy percent (70%) of business is from referrals. I strive to provide my cients with the highest level of service and professionalism which shows in the amount of referrals I receive. - Getting to the end goal...whether it's helping a seller get the top price for their home or getting the lowest possible price for a buyer. It's all about helping my clients achieve their goals.

- Bank appraisals are one of the most difficult areas in Real Estate now. With many properties selling under duress (short sale and foreclosure) it can effect fair market value. Buyers and sellers have to realize this is now our reality.

- My desire to continue to my education and stay on top of the trends. Real Estate is global but the market varies from town to town and county to county. Continuous education is needed to understand the trends in each of my market areas.

- Anywhere I can be on a deck overlooking a golf course (and playing every chance I get!)
