Jim Jensen sell a previous house with Michael R Bassillo and would not recommend them to other home sellers.
As one can see from a Google search, Michael Bassillo is a very bad character. Aside from losing his appraiser's license by the State of New Jersey arising out of fraudulent appraisals and having many law suits against him, there were allegations he continued to try to conduct appraisals after losing his license. He has also had issues dealing with illegal drug use and is a desperate person. I would be very careful in dealing with him and try to avoid it if possible.

Great person and really listened to the needs of my parents who are looking to buy a condo. He did his research so well - we didn't have to spend time looking in a lot of places! Would recommend him to everyone!!! They found what they were looking for in just one outing with him!
