"Tried to get me to sign paperwork that stated I would pay him an extra 1% regardless if we made a home purchase through him or ended up using anouther agent. Had this form bundled in with other harmless forms. Did not explain just asked for signature. When asked about paying and extra 1% he stated it is a very common practice that most agents do it. This is of course not the case!! Very SNEAKY!"
