I have had a passion for real estate most of my life. After my children went off to school, I decided to pursue this passion as my career and have never looked back. I love getting acquainted with new people and helping them find a special place to call their home. Regardless of whether my clients are buying their first home, downsizing or looking for that million dollar home, I strive to achieve the same goal: to find my clients the very best home for the very best price, no matter how long it takes. One of my clients commented on my patients and perseverance after a very thorough search for the perfect home. He said, “Ella, you never get tired of looking at homes. Sometimes I think you enjoy this more than we do.” I think he was right. When working as a listing agent, I truly enjoy helping my client stage their home as if it was my own and I can never wait to show off their home at an open house. My attention to detail has certainly paid off. Contrary to the media’s portrayal of the poor market conditions, in 2008, I have had one listing go under contract in 10 days and another in just 7! It doesn’t feel like work when you love what you’re doing.
