- With today's technology available to home buyers and sellers the role of a Realtor has changed. Excellent serviceand knowledge of the market place and guidance through the process is the number one asset a Realtor can bring to the talbe today. I find it greatly satisfying to help both sellers and buyers get through the jungle of red tape and potential pit falls of a real estate transaction.
- What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
- Helping consumers undertand the new rules regarding financing. It's no longer an easy process and most people are increasingly getting frustrated with the process to the point where many buyers have actually reconsidered whether it is worth the hassel.
- Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.
- The one thing I've learned since 1987 is the one constant in the real estate business is "it's always changing". Every year something new comes along that I've never seen before. It seems like I've done it all over the years.
- What is your best characteristic?
- Attentive to detail, Look's ahead for potential problems and usually solves them before they become an issue. If I've done my job right, most sellers and buyers never know there where any issues at all during their transaction.
- Who or what inspires you the most?
- Anyone who challenged the norm and followed their heart.
- What is the best advice you ever received?
- It's ok to lose as long as you play to win.
- If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
- I'd live right here in the Upper Valley of New Hampshire and Vermont. Although a home in HI might be nice too!
