Dealt with Paul and his office many times. Very knowledgeable with a twist of humor!! Always got involved if his agents couldn't answer a question. The guys going a million miles an hour. Lives and breathes real estate. Cant go wrong dealing with Paul.

Paul Lepere sold me two homes in the last four years. The first transaction the seller tried to keep my deposit and not return it to me. I am firmly convinced I would have lost $10,000 if it wasn't for Paul's strong influence with the seller. On the second occasion time had run out to buy my home due to the banks lackluster time schedule. Paul had enough faith in me to lend me major dollars so I could pass papers. When I went to pay him back he did not charge me one penny for interest. He went way overboard as a salesman and an owner of the agency. I would absolutely do business with Paul again or one of his agents who are well disciplined and also very knowledgeable. He has been in the business for years and obviously practice makes perfect.

Dana was referred to us from another agent in the Masiello group. It was like a breath of fresh air to talk and meet with him. He is the perfect balance of knowledge and understanding. He listened, asked questions and got the specifics. He knew we were looking online at the homes in the area and continued to encourage us to do so. He was happy to set aside time for us in a day to go around to all the homes that we had looked at, and land too. When we went to look at a home, he knew all before he got there. He did his research, looked at the comps so that our time was not wasted. In the end we feel in love with a house which we didn't realize was a house that he was the listing agent on. You would not have known it from showing as he was complete neutral. He took our point of view on looking at it completely. He doesn't do the hard sell or push you. He is very level headed, logical, and very personable. You can't do much better than Dana Mitchell
