Best Agent you could ever hope for

Dana was referred to us from another agent in the Masiello group. It was like a breath of fresh air to talk and meet with him. He is the perfect balance of knowledge and understanding. He listened, asked questions and got the specifics. He knew we were looking online at the homes in the area and continued to encourage us to do so. He was happy to set aside time for us in a day to go around to all the homes that we had looked at, and land too. When we went to look at a home, he knew all before he got there. He did his research, looked at the comps so that our time was not wasted. In the end we feel in love with a house which we didn't realize was a house that he was the listing agent on. You would not have known it from showing as he was complete neutral. He took our point of view on looking at it completely. He doesn't do the hard sell or push you. He is very level headed, logical, and very personable. You can't do much better than Dana Mitchell
