- I received my real estate license in 1989 but didn't really become active til last year(2009).I did
- What is the average home price in your market?
- $170.00-25000.00 in the Epsom,Chichester and Pittsfield,Barnstead area. Concord is a bit higher.
- Why do you enjoy being a real estate agent?
- I watched the markets for many years while raising my four children. Throughout that time I wanted to sell but could not find the time between the juggling act of 4 kids in sports and school activities.Now, I am taking the time to do what I've wanted to do for so long. That is to help people achieve the American Dream. Whether helping sellers or buyers I feel right at home as a Realtor.
- What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
- I am still juggling my time and trying to keep some balance between the teens and my work. Most of the trouble today though is getting buyers to the correct place in their own finacial life. Many folks have endured hardship and are having a tough time just finding the finacing they need.
- Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.
- I helped a gal with 2 chldren get into a rental property that seemed impossible. We thought outside the box and got her a wonderful 3 bedroom place and she is very pleased today.
- What is your best characteristic?
- I think my best characteristic is my perseverance. I tend to go forward til the job is done. Sometimes having to do a bit of jumping through hoops but nonetheless going ahead.
- Who or what inspires you the most?
- My family and friends.
- What is the best advice you ever received?
- Stop trying to avoid the storm...learn to dance in the rain.
- If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
- North...in the mountains of good ole NH
