i am currently trying to purchase a home that she has listed and it has been an aweful experiance! she is slow to do repairs and to return phone calls. we are set to close in 3 days and it isnt going to happen because she has been dragging her feet through this entire process. i would NEVER recommend her, EVER!

We also received our asking price, which made us very happy! I also liked the fact that Troy called me every Wednesday for a weekly check-in. my husband and i just bought our 6th single family home and we believe in north omaha. we have a very strong neighborhood wAtch, beautiful homes...and the neighbors have decided to send letter after letter to the ethics dept @TLC ref: your SUPER show...when i talked to Rick Cunningham, kevin Denker, Marty Conboy etc, two of the inspectors in the field after he got done laughing, said they would gladly share all the code violations,complaints from you tenents...so these will find there way to the right person. i had my r/e liciense i excelled in r/e law.now that we have an attorney that is fed up with what ive showed him:video of your palace @6010, people smoking dope at 1,2,3,4 in the morning...trash...i worked many years in the courthouse in Dist#4 probation...and one of your tenants has a monitor on his ankle...i left court for OCC the mens prison. my father was a respected member of the Ne. State Bar Association over52 years....\ You told your tenents at 6010 my name, address, and phone number...I tape everything. i have 8 cameras on my home. by the time i get done along with the rest of the neighbors who are fed up i will turn it over to channel 7 since Carol Kloss never backed down from kevin meyers...wonder whos putting $ on his books.you had the chance to meet all the neighbors and assure us that you would not be a slum lord...hahahahahah this is our 7th beautiful home weve bought, we pay cash, custom cabinets,granite ge hi profile appliances.may neighbors bring me tomatoes or fresh bread and say thank you for helping us out here.....we know some of the same people...when you played my voice mail to him he recorded it and sent it to me.we know some of the same people...but they know what kind of person i am. maybe ill see you on your little huffy bike sometime! I ride...a $60.000 land rover..this neighborhood won't be broken by the likes of you. If you had any incling of the people i know i absolutely assure your behavior would have been profession.

We were trying to buy a house for about two years and were having a hard time finding our dream house.
