mike harris bought a home but would not recommend using Kevin
for your home
purchase.
Comments: "my wife and i entered into a rent to own with kevin baumiester a licenced realtor for prudential amb****ador and (team rhino-at the time). we were to get this house at 6334 ogden st omaha ne 68104 in oct. 05 he said that he ran our credit and that we didn't qualify for the loan with enterprise bank. we asked what would happen if we didn't get the loan in the 1 year period of our lease.kevin stated that we would continue the lease until we could qualify or pay it off which ever came first.we were paying 1060.00 per month w/50.00 of that for a pet deposit every month.8 months later he told us that we had to try to get the loan again and then when we still couldn't get a conventional loan from enterprise again he said that we had to sign a new lease for 1212.00 per month we said no.he then said that we would be out when the original lease was up.we decided it was time to go cause we had no statements showing anything but rent,not principal as stated. kdra enterprises-kevin preys on dreams" Read full review |
