This guy is a complete jerk and very lazy. It took him 27 days to get an appraisal done. I suppose since he is an active realtor in the Minot area and we used someone else he feels he can take his time. Although you have no choice of who is assigned as your appraiser, you definetly have a choice of who your realtor is. If he is as lazy at appraising as he is at buying/selling property then you need to avoid this clown at all costs.

IM ASSUMING THAT THIS IS THE CORRECT DIANN G LOPER WHEN I TYPE THIS , SHE WAS NOT REAL FRIENDLY, QUITE SNOBBY AND NOT AT ALL INTERESTED IN MY MONEY OR MY BUSINESS, SHE SAID MYABE 15 WORDS TO ME THE WHOLE TIME MADE A RUDE COMMENT OVER THE PHONE AND WAS NOT A GOOD REALTOR WHATS SO EVER ! EVEN IF SHE DID SHOW ME MY DREAM HOUSE, I WOULD NEVER BUY A HOUSE SHE SHOWED ME, NOT FRIENDLY WHATS SO EVER!!
