Comments: "We were VERY unfortunate to work with Deborah Alicia Devereaux in spring 08. Our transaction took several MONTHS to settle, and her communication with us and our realtor was horrible. She has very poor communication skills, and makes excuses for anything and everythng she can get away with. She touts herself as a "Short Sale" and "foreclosure" expert, but she is anything but. Our transaction was a short sale, and she had absolutely no idea what she was doing. By the time we went to settlement, our purchase contract had just about expired, an according to our legally binding contract, she actually OWED US a substantial amount of money for delay, however she refused to pay it! She also promised my agent he would receive his full 3% commission, but he never did! Do yourself a huge favor and do not work with this woman. There are many more qualified agents in the Wilmington area that will make your home buying experience a dream rather than a nightmare! Buyers and sellers BEWARE!" Read full review |
