- Why do you enjoy being a real estate agent?
- Almost every great moment in life is connected with our homes. Baby's first step, our child learning to ride a bike, Holiday celebrations and retirement parties. It is a great feeling to help families enjoy these moments. I enjoy the process of helping a family find a new home or sell their current home. There are many components of a sale; the advertising and marketing, the networking and the showings. For a buyer client it is very satisfying to help a family avoid the many mistakes buyers make and help them find the 'perfect home' and also a strong business decision.
- What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
- The real estate market has shifted so it takes longer to sell a home these days and we also find more glitches; loan approval, appraisals and inspection issues. At the same time, the opportunities are tremendous for a buyer !

- If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
- There are too many answers to that question.. I love North Carolina with its mountains and beaches. I love to play golf... so, I'd say I'm living where I most want to be.
