Yes they are crooks who never learned from their mistakes!They did con the people in the Philippines out of their savings and Helen and Tomy Ong are just some of the people that hold papers against them. According to Helen they seemed so trustworthy with a big house and Mercedes Benz in CEBU-sounds familiar doesn't it and also attended bible studies for fish for their victims until they fled the country and let let everything go to foreclosure in CEBU. In the USA they formed the fraudulent Nightengale which furnished many fraudulent loans, They conned people from Krystal Horne, her mother Alice, Tess Dauz, Ning Ning, Sharon, and so on---THANK YOU FOR YOU HONESTY AND COOPERATION. Through honesty GOD will protect you. What happened Cesar, whats with the disguise and your wig, it's not Holloween. The mortgage rep was revoked, the realtor Cesar Gordola was revoked, who's next the lawyer or the one who furnished the fraudulent documents. Were they revoked for being GOOD HONEST people?-Nope!

Some will say the follow question aren't important. You can decide for yourself. Did Cesar and Ava use the church and prayer groups in the Philippines to gain the confidence of potential investors? Were investors like Tommy Ong conned out of their life savings? Did they flee the Philippines to avoid charges? Can they visit the Philippines without being arrested? In the USA, did Cesar misrepresent facts to homebuyers? Did buyers lose money because they were mislead? Were false documents used to get people into houses they could not afford? Was there any concern about the welfare of their clients (here and in the Philippines)? Are people still being conned today?

I don't get it
I met this guy and he is one of the best people I know. People who were saying they were "tricked" and hope that Cesar goes to hell are the ones who are going to hell. He was dedicated, showed us around the area, took us shopping, and even treated us to dinner. How can anyone say this guy is a bad guy? And then when we moved in, he even followed up and helped us get furniture. That's dedication. Don't listen to these dikwads and their false reviews and stupid links. No one cares. They are just mad that they spent money on a house and realized they can't pay the mortgage. Idiots. Besides, only losers would have the time and leisure to come to this site and try to destroy one man's reputation. What a bunch of morons. Get a life. While you still can. psh.

This guy is awesome. Highly recommended. It's sad that douchebags would take the time to har**** him because they believe they were "tricked" into buying a home. It's called free will. Your choice to spend the money, no one else. I guess that's what greed does to you huh? All I know is that I got a great home for cheap because of this guy and i'm living the life right now. And yes, it was my choice to spend the 300 grand on my house. I see so many negative reviews but the reviews don't even make sense. It's just a gigantic bitchfest over what Cesar allegedly did. Honestly, NO ONE GIVES A **** ABOUT WHAT HE DID. All I know is that he's legit and he got us a great home. Bravo!
This Real Estate Broker lost his License for sever
As of July 16, 2008 Mr Cesar Gordola consented to the revocation of his Real Estate license to prevent criminal prosecution. Refer to File# 06-323, 06-636, 06-809 which indicates the reasons he was revooked.
