Yes they are crooks who never learned from their mistakes!They did con the people in the Philippines out of their savings and Helen and Tomy Ong are just some of the people that hold papers against them. According to Helen they seemed so trustworthy with a big house and Mercedes Benz in CEBU-sounds familiar doesn't it and also attended bible studies for fish for their victims until they fled the country and let let everything go to foreclosure in CEBU. In the USA they formed the fraudulent Nightengale which furnished many fraudulent loans, They conned people from Krystal Horne, her mother Alice, Tess Dauz, Ning Ning, Sharon, and so on---THANK YOU FOR YOU HONESTY AND COOPERATION. Through honesty GOD will protect you. What happened Cesar, whats with the disguise and your wig, it's not Holloween. The mortgage rep was revoked, the realtor Cesar Gordola was revoked, who's next the lawyer or the one who furnished the fraudulent documents. Were they revoked for being GOOD HONEST people?-Nope!

Some will say the follow question aren't important. You can decide for yourself. Did Cesar and Ava use the church and prayer groups in the Philippines to gain the confidence of potential investors? Were investors like Tommy Ong conned out of their life savings? Did they flee the Philippines to avoid charges? Can they visit the Philippines without being arrested? In the USA, did Cesar misrepresent facts to homebuyers? Did buyers lose money because they were mislead? Were false documents used to get people into houses they could not afford? Was there any concern about the welfare of their clients (here and in the Philippines)? Are people still being conned today?
