- Between $200-300K
- Why do you enjoy being a real estate agent?
- Every home, buyer and seller has a story. The job is anything but boring.
- What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
- Currently mortgage availablility is a huge issue. At one time we could get a ham sandwhich a 30 year mortgage, it's not the same any longer.
- Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.
- Listing a home and having 11 offers on it within an hour of the sign going in the yard. I priced the home at market value, and then promoted it in such a way that delivered my client a premium above list price and he gave me a 1% bonus.
- What is your best characteristic?
- The ability to meet and listen to a client, learn exactly what they desire and then locate it for them. We don't waste a lot of time looking at homes that don't fit.
- Who or what inspires you the most?
- Seeing so many new faces coming into the business. Their ideas and backgrounds are changing the real estate industry. This isn't a place well suited for dinosaurs and yester-year's ideas.
- What is the best advice you ever received?
- Create a dreams list based on what you would do if you had unlimited time, money, energy and support from your family and friends. Was told this was the road map to my future and that if I couldn't come up with one thing, to LAY DOWN, I was already dead.
- If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
- I like NC, we pretty much have it all. And being in the Triangle...now I'm in the "center" of it all!
