What is the average home price in your market?: I sell property in NC and SC and the price varies by county.
Why do you enjoy being a real estate agent?: I enjoy people. Each day on the job is different and I meet people from all different walks of life. I get tremendous satisfaction knowing I am assisting people buy and sell their homes. What a wonderful feeling it is when I help people that truly need my help and appreciate all of my efforts.
What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?: One of the most challenging issues that I have had to deal with recently is the decline in market values, which makes it difficult for some sellers to sell their home.
Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.: Every transaction I close I consider a success story.
What is your best characteristic?: My patience and ability to listen to my clients and hear what they are really saying.
Who or what inspires you the most?: My family.
What is the best advice you ever received?: From my Dad -- when I first went into real estate we were discussing selling a home. I am paraphrasing here, but my Dad said "you don�t have to sell anything. Just listen to your client and give them what they are looking for." That has been great advice over the years. Dad also told me that the "interests of my client is the only interest to be considered". Thanks Dad!
