What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
I strive everyday to work toward achieving the maximum level of professionalism and striving to raise the bar in the real estate profession.

Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.
Throughout my career, I received numerous awards and recognitions for my real estate successes. However, the one I cherish most is the Customer Service Excellence Award. This award was given to the agent in our company who reached the optimum level of customer service through letters and testimonials from satisfied clients. This was the most prestigious award, given more recognition than the top selling agent in our company.

What is your best characteristic?
I am a true people person and have the ability to create an immediate rapport and trust with the client. Many of my clients end up as very good friends after the closing transaction.

Who or what inspires you the most?
I aspire to achieve the client's complete satisfaction with my efforts as their real estate agent. If I accomplish this task, I know I did my job well.

What is the best advice you ever received?
My very first Broker In Charge, who played a very important role in my success, always told me "the harder you work, the luckier you get." I always remember that when I put in those 10 or 12 hour days.

If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
I love living right here in Sunset Beach, North Carolina. My husband calls this area "Heaven".
