Debbie helped us buy a home in Greenville, SC. She had great communication and kept us in the loop at all times. She happily showed us TONS of houses, and never seemed impatient when we couldn't find what we wanted. She gave us great advice and really knows her stuff. In the end, we found a FSBO we wanted, and we had Debbie negotiate the contract and handle the closing. She negotiated the best deal for us in a competitive bid situation and we had no problems with our closing. We happily paid her commision b/c she saved us so much time and effort, even though we could have tried to do it ourselves. Debbie is the best! I liked her so much, I went to work for her after our closing!!
