Anna Maria is an exceptional realtor because she knows the area, the market, hears the clients needs and works diligently to match properties. Anna Marie worked with us over several months as we explored buying a house at the beach. She was great at educating us on the market and showing us all the different properties we wanted to see in various settings, be it ocean front, ocean side or canal front. She was very knowledgeable regarding all types of transactions including foreclosures and short sales. We ended up purchasing a lot on which to build a home and of course she was able to guide us through that process as well. Our questions were always answered promptly. We had some unusual issues with the closing process and she was able to guide us through the process and expedite it as well. Without her assistance we may not have been able to make the purchase. We wholeheartedly recommend her and hope to have the opportunity to work with her again.

Lin Kelly
We had the good fortune to work with Lin Kelly while we were looking for a condo to buy in the Crow Creek community of Calabash. Lin was extremely professional and went out of her way to assist us in any way that she could. We had quite a time with a failed short sale, but Lin hung in there for us and eventually found an even better condo for us in the end. All of our e-mails and phone calls (and there were plenty of them) were answered promptly including those on weekends and holidays. Lin even let us know when she would be out of town and how we could contact her if needed then. Have you ever heard of a realtor who would pay a fee for you? Lin did and we greatly appreciated it!! Annie Marie visited my home and then prepared a complete document reflecting her thoughts, the market conditions and a listing of recent comps. We then discussed potential asking prices, selected a fair price and prepared for the selling of the home. Based on her knowledge of the area she called a potential buyer and invited them to visit the home before it was listed. This couple did visit and the next day made and offer. After some telephine calls we negotiated a price and the house was sold--in two days. That is what I call an Incredible Agent!!!
