I have rented from Recil going on 4 yrs now. I have had no problems with him. Our credit was not the best but Recil gave us a shot. Anytime we needed something fixed, if he didnt get it fixed that day, it was fixed the very next day. Anytime we called him (even weekends) he answered. I like deaing with him and I think he is a GREAT landlord.

He is a lier, swiddler and all round bad person

I rented an apartment from Recil Smith. He is a horrible landlord and he did not fix any major problems i had in the home.i would not recommend any living creature to live in any of his property. I had a bug infestation that was there that looked like they had been there since the place was built. The home was a money trap, I spent more money running out the bugs than trying to beautify the home. I have stayed in some bad places, but this one take the cake. I think the city should have the residents destroyed before the bugs in the building over run the whole city.
