This guy was pissed that his Craigslist girlfriend talked to me more than him while I was at his home doing repairs. Then after she left him he had the nerve to call me back to do other repairs which I declined. Get a life.

Leigh assisted us for the purchase of a custom-built home, as well as the subsequent sale of our former home. Mike is also a CPA and prepares tax returns, He prepared my 2008 tax returns and has cost me alot of money. He is incompetent and I have to pay someone else to re-do them after he charged me 295.00. I recently moved from CA and didn't have a tax preparer and went with him, what a mistake. He made a 10,000 error, an error that was 10,000 difference in what I owned on my return. I have not contacted him, but when everything is completed I will. Please do not have Mike Prepare your taxes. He completed my return with an incorrect SS#???? My SS# was on every piece of paper he had????? Unbelievable!!

“While our townhouse was listed for approximately 4 months, Mrs. Bossman's marketing strategy was to post it every other week on Craigslist.org and list in the MLS. A buyer's agent found our property for him in the MLS. During negotiations, Mrs. Bossman revealed personal, private information about us that we strongly beleive had a negative impact on the sales price. She informed the buyers agent that we were recently married, paying 2 mortgages and expecting a child. The buyer would not negotiate and even stated that he "understood our circumstances" and the offer would be his final offer. Not only was Mrs. Bossman extremely unreliable during the listing of this propoerty, she continued to behave unprofessionally towards us when we decided to not use her services to list another home.

This agent is a scam artist. Swindled me out of thousands of dollars and ruined my life for the past three years. His business is currently suspended by the NC Dept of Revenue due to failure to pay taxes. And complaints have been filed with the NC Real Estate Commission. I beg of you to stay clear.

Bernie helped me buy/sell about 20 personal homes and investment properties. He knew what he was doing was very conscientious getting other party to reach agreement promptly and follow through. I've worked with other agents and no one can compare.
