Donald has provided his professional guidance to our family twice in the past two years. The first time he helped with the purchase of a single family home for my husband's grandmother who relocated to Raleigh from Buffalo. She had very definite ideas about what she wanted, and Donald probably showed her a dozen houses before she found one to her liking. Throughout the ordeal, Donald was patient and good-natured and went above and beyond to help our family. The second property was a long-term investment for us to help with future college expenses for our son. Donald showed us a range of fixer-uppers and had creative ideas for each. He guided us through the process every step of the way, which otherwise would have been complicated for novice investors like us.
