Kelly listed and sold my house in less than 15 days...and yes, in this market. She took the time to make staging suggestions in my house and do a virtual tour so good that I had second thoughts about selling. Her service is awesome and knowledge of the market and real estate business invaluable. You cannot go wrong with her. Kelly was a great help to this first time home buyer!!! She took care of everything. All I had to do was sign the papers! She is a ton of fun and really makes the experience an awesome one! I would recommend her to EVERYBODY!!!!

She has a "team" of incompetents. Once we signed with her, she turned our listing over to them. It took almost a week to get our property listed, because the woman handling it (had been in that position about a month) was pursuing a total non-issue. Then, when an offer came in, the agent pushed us to accept it, saying it was solid and the buyers were great (turned out that they couldn't afford the house and kept trying to push the price down by demanding lots of repairs). Once we were under contract with them, the agent turned us over to her "closer" who was supposed to have years of experience -- but it was as a loan officer and by her own admission was very different. She allowed the buyers to conduct multiple inspections and to drag things out to the last minute, knowing we had movers scheduled. We ended up crediting them for repairs that we were not liable for. Definitely cannot recommend this agent and her "team."
