He was a customer from several years ago that I stopped working with for several reasons which I will not go into here. Enough said.

This guy was pissed that his Craigslist girlfriend talked to me more than him while I was at his home doing repairs. Then after she left him he had the nerve to call me back to do other repairs which I declined. Get a life.

I never thought buying a home could be so much fun. Terry looked after my husband and I like we were family and made sure we had every advantage possible. To this day I suggest Terry Pickens to anyone looking for a home in the area. She is our number one choice for selling and buying. She is a true blessing to us and we cant thank her enough!

This guy is also an overpriced handyman. He is arrogant, perpetually late, and rarely responded to my calls. Save yourself the h****le, and choose someone else.

I hired Kathy Beacham and "Team" to sell my home last year. Unfortunately, you actually deal more with the "Team" end of the practice, and rarely even speak to Kathy. Also, I was a bit upset that (bad) decisions were made without consulting me first, and several miscommunications occurred because the "Team" couldn't seem to get it together. These folks are not looking out for your best interest...they really just want your money. Try someone else who can give you the personal service and attention you need.

I would highly recommend working with the Kathy Beacham Team at Prudential Carolinas Realty. This team is very diligent, professional, and is always readily available to show me realestate. They are always quick to respond whether it be a voicemail or email. I own a realestate investment company in Raleigh and have worked with the Kathy Beacham Team for over 4 years on approximately 50 transactions. Whether your an investor, family or individual looking to buy or sell realestate I would recommend calling Kathy Beacham.

We placed a bid on a house -- it was accepted verbally. We signed the contract and submitted it to her. She said that she would present it to him. However it was not given to him in a timely manner, and another offer came in. The buyer accepted the competing offer because he had not been presented with our contract. Our only conclusion has been that we were not fully represented by this agent or this firm. We wholeheartedly suggest avoiding Terry Pickens, Heather Beacham, and Prudential Carolinas Realty. They appear to only be concerned about profit and not actually their clients.

Seth did a fantastic job in the sale of our Cary home. He handled the traffic, advised us on how to negotiate with the buyer, and saw the deal to closing. I highly recommend him if you really need to sell your home. Scott Jackson
