Thad Schug buy a previous house with Nicole M Royster and would not recommend them to other home buyers.
We rented a home in Raleigh from which Nicole Royster worked as an agent for Clark Properties. She was very nice up front, but when it came to check out, she operated in a very unprofessional manor. She was misleading with statements and placed blatantly false information on an inventory check-out list. I would highly recommend that you DO NOT do business with Nicole Royster.
