- How many years have you been in Real Estate?
- More than 15 years!
- What is the average home price in your market?
- There is a market for every home style, from $80,000 to several Million!
- Why do you enjoy being a real estate agent?
- No two buyers, sellers, or homes are the same. The nonhomogeneity of real estate is truly what I enjoy the most. I have made life-long friends during my career in real estate!
- What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
- Not having enough of me to go around!
- Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.
- I had a client call me on Wednesday and say he would be in town Friday, and wasnt leaving on Sunday without a contract on SOMETHING. We must have previewed 50 homes, but in the end, he found exactly what he was looking for.
- What is your best characteristic?
- My willingness to have a win-win situation. All parties involved in a transaction should feel as though they have achieved their goals. I dont strive to please only my client... everyone needs to walk away happy.
- Who or what inspires you the most?
- My family is my inspiration. My husband says I'm the best, and he tries to make me believe it. And my son... well, he thinks anyone who can make PB&J with a raisin smiley face can move mountains.
- What is the best advice you ever received?
- Take a minute every day to pray. They will get answered.
- If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
- Right here in New Bern!
