- Keeping ahead of the trends and issues with lending programs, interest rates, local legislation that impacts real property and generally remaining current with the real estate market.

- As my career has spanned many years, I have enjoyed many success stories and survived and thrived in a variety of market shifts. I think my favorite success stories are always when my past clients call me to refer their friends or family to me for real estate help or when they call to ask me to come list their present house so we can look for a new home when either moving up or downsizing. I love the relationships I have developed over my career.

- My knowledge of the marketplace and my listening skills enable me to read my client/customer's mind and match them up with the best available home for their wants, needs and budget.
- Who or what inspires you the most?
- I am inspired daily by my sphere group of past and present clients, customers and friends and their trust in my integrity and knowledge. I am truly blessed.

- "To the best of your ability, live the Golden Rule and you can never go wrong."
- If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
- I love to travel and visit the world, but there's no place like home and that is right here on the Crystal Coast of North Carolina!
