After becoming a widow last spring in Alabama I decided to move to the quiet town of Murphy NC. After dealing with this unkind man I seriously had second thoughts of moving to this town. I do hope that there are not many people like this Mark Stalcup in this town. I have never been treated so badly in my many years of life. His impatient and rude comments made me fill belittled. I do not see how this man makes a living selling homes unless he pressures and fools people in to buying his homes. His market values on the homes he showed me were much higher compared to other realtors for the same property. I do not suggest him is a realtor to ay one that wants to be treated with respect. Needles to say I went with another realtor where I was treated with the up most respect and felt like I was a friend not a nuisance. Martha Parker

I have had numerous dealings with both Jessica and Vista Realty. It has been my experience that they will say anything to get your business, whether factual or not. I bought a home listed with their company and there were countless things that were undisclosed.Dealing with these people was absolutely awful. It's agents like these that give real estate agents a bad reputation!
