My husband and I were first time homebuyers moving to the Jacksonville area for work. We found Carmen by chance and we were VERY greatful for finding such a dedicated and honest realtor who understood military life. Even though we knew she had other clients, she was committed to treating us as if we were her only ones. Carmen made finding a home in NC a breeze, even though we were in another state. Smooth Transaction!
Carmen was the greatest ****et we could ever have had in our transition from 29 Palms California to Camp Lejeune NC. She exuded an aura of confidence that re****ured me through the whole process and not once did I second guess the advice that she provided us. This being the first home we have ever purchased I originally went in with a bit of apprehension but the minute we spoke to Carmen she ****ured us she would be there every step of the way and not once did I doubt that. Carmen was able to place us into what I can only begin to call the house of our dreams. Beginning and ending the whole house purchase had to be conducted over phone and email contacts due to the transition and not once was there a doubt that the process was going smoothly. I would just like to acknowledge that Carmen was more that helpful when it was time for me too look for my first apartement. I would like too state that she took the time out to show me around and give me pointers on diffrent things due to the fact that I was new to the military life style and not to mention new to Jacksonville, NC. Also Carmen is a very nice person all round. And she will offer her help if you allow her too and for that i would say if you do need someone how know and undersatand the military life style Carmen is the one to talk to because like she said she as more that 15 years experience in the military life style. She helped us find a mortgage broker, slowly walked us through the home buying process, and helped us find a great neighborhood. Overall, she did a great job, and we had a fantastic experience! Great Realtor!
We purchased our home from overseas. All he had was the development plan and some floor plans to choose from. We first contacted Carmen in Jan07 and closed our house in Jul07, having only seen it once. We did everything via fax and e-mail and it worked out great for us. We're in a great house, in a great neighborhood with our realtor as a neighbor.
