Kelly is an Amazing Agent!!
Kelly did an amazing job selling my home. She went over and above her duties as an agent. I am out of state and she even helped get the property ready for viewing after my renters moved out and left a mess. She was professional and again very helpful and knowledgable. House needed some TLC after renters moved out, she took care of finding and meeting with people to do repairs. She even helped by planting flowers in yard and doing cleaning and painting herself. She kept me very up to date on what was happening. She sold home very quickly. A couple days before home closed there was a leak in house..that could have totally killed deal....she handled it and got home closed in time..it was amazing, she was in there again helping to do clean up and repairs herself right along with contractors, hours of hard work, on a weekend. She is very knowledgable in the buying and selling process and got things done. Can not express enough gratitude..Thank you Kelly, you are an amazing agent!
Unprofessional, Drama Queen & Rude
Lacks EVERYTHING a professional should have. She dresses inappropriate, is extremely chaotic and full of drama. Her personal life seems to interfere with her business. Also, it always felt like we were "putting her out" by simply asking her to do what we hired her to do. She has very rude phone manners and nothing is EVER her fault. It didn't matter what it was, Kelly never took responsibility for anything. It was always everyone elses fault for any mishaps, big or small. She always seemed frustrated, even when not with us. We had to hear the tone in her voice and how aggravated she was with other clients, her family, her office, the bank....something. She got old real, real fast! She killed us with kindness while we were looking for a house. By time we realized how she was, we were under contract and had signed to work with her. Stay away! She needs to find a new career where she doesn't work with people! One word...sad.
