One of our more recent accomplishments in Hickory, NC is that Hickory has been recognized nationally as the "All American City" in the entire United States! While winning this prestigious award once would be an honor, receiving this national award three times is a testament to the great city that Hickory, NC really is! Residents of Hickory, NC graciously receive this honor, and are proud to be a Hickory, NC resident! Being named an All-America City brings many benefits to a community including national recognition and helps build the economic base.

Why do you enjoy being a real estate agent?
Real Estate is our passion. It's what we do! We enjoy helping others, and it is evident in the work that we do for our clients. With our combined experience in residential construction, home design, real estate management, and internet marketing, we are an unstoppable team! Our experience extends beyond simple real estate knowledge. A graduate with his degree in Architectural Technologies, Justin has experience in not only the physical construction and building of new homes, but also the design and engineering of residences. He has designed custom homes for many of his clients – thus offering his real estate clients just one more service that the average Realtor does not have. He is ready and willing to simply create your dream home, if you cannot find the one you want! With her degree in Internet and Web Technologies, and a certificate in Electronic Commerce, Katie is equipped with the knowledge and experience to harness the power of the web, and use it to your advantage! Katie is also the Office Manager for Realty Executives of Hickory. What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
It is sad to see a family selling their home, because they cannot afford the payments. When working with buyers, we always advise our clients to find a home that is well within their budget! The last thing we want is for our clients to get into a home that they cannot afford!

Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.
Working with clients relocating to Hickory has become somewhat of a specialty of ours... While most of the time clients visit NC before relocating, there have been times when our clients purchase a home based purely on our pictures and video of the property that we email them after previewing the home for them. In a sense, buying a home they have never seen.

What is your best characteristic?
We are hard working, motivated people with a Christian work ethic. We feel that it is our Christian principles that makes us devote ourselves to a "higher" standard.

Who or what inspires you the most?
Helping someone find their dream home is a big responsibility, and it is one that we do not take lightly. We feel that the quality of service you receive is of the utmost importance! While there are hundreds of Realtors in the Hickory, NC area, we feel that it is our quality of service that sets us apart. Katie and I base our business on Christian principles – and this is evident in every real estate transaction that we complete. Honesty, dedication, loyalty, and compassion are what drive our business. For us, real estate is not just a “job,” – it is an opportunity to demonstrate our commitment for helping others. In all that we do, we give 110%. We enjoy helping you find the home of your dreams! We are by your side every step of the way! We are as excited about your new home as you are! We use our knowledge, and experience to advise and guide you throughout the entire real estate transaction, so that you can glide through the entire process.
