Regarding the previous review, I would like to clarify that I am the contractor's wife and I know the excellent work he does, with many references and is honest and trustworthy. We did not buy a house from Ms. Bohanan. We were contracted to paint the house. My husband deserves to be paid for his services in full. He has been in business for 17 years and has many returning customers. Again, I am the wife of the painting contractor and this is not how you do business. My husband has no knowledge of this review, I am only speaking up for contractors that may do business with Ms. Bohanan in the future. Thank-you.

Ms.Bohanan has added additional aspects to the contract. She told the contactor that the house was clean and ready to paint. He spent hours cleaning, moving items from her garage sale, cleaning grease, taking down curtain rods, cleaning appliances, pressure washing and more. She will not pay him because she says He had broken a light fixture and did not paint something that had been replaced, the wood was rotten and not been replaced. The screens had some problems and she said that they needed to be fixed with hooks that were not there to begin with. The son said he had pressure washed the house, however the contractor had to pressure wash the house again as it was not clean to paint. He was not paid, only part and that did not include all of the extra labor.

Gib waltzed into our home and told us the truth! No-Bull - Just the truth. I guess I had never been told the truth before because everything he said (though it made sense) was different from what everyone else was saying. He was right! He proved it! He averages 13 days on the market and 97% of listed price. He sold my house in 31 days for 97% of list price. And he never lied to us once!!!! Everyone else lied to us right from the start. It was so revealing and refreshing. He's the best!!!
