Upset sell a previous house with Gena Braley and would not recommend them to other home sellers.
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH HER!!!!!! She is the sorriest landlord you can get! All she want every month is that rent money and if you call with a problem she has an attitude!Im so glad I moved out of! They are bootleg, they dont even have an office. They dont care that their units are falling apart, like I said they just want their money every month. They do no care about the tennants at all! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH HER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I rented from Gena in Sterling Pointe. The place was infested with cockaroaches. They were on my coffee cups on plates on the counters. I just wanted my security back the first week in Dec. Instead of working with me, Gena took me to court for eviction!! Ironic since I wanted to leave there. Now I am awaiting my security so I can go pay the judgment Gena put on me. Terrible!! Never rent from her! She is so unfair. I better get my security back there is 28 days left!!

Sold a house throurgh this agent a few years ago and she called the night before closing wanting more money from the sale so that she didn't have to lose it from her commission. Not very professional.

in all the years i have worked with realtors, i have never met a more wholesome, down-to-earth and honest individual as i did in dwanda. she made my brief experience of reviewing the greenville area for possible homes a truly rewarding one. you cannot get anyone who is more professional and friendly -- dwanda goes the extra mile - always!

My experience with Amy was great. We contacted 2 agents before speaking with Amy. She was very knowledgeable about the area, and found a house for us better than we had originally hoped for. She listened to us and kept in great communication. We will definately use her again!

I used this form yesterday to try to contact this agent re: property. Evidently she doesn't check it regularly and I can find NO website for them. I am moving BACK to that area as soon as I sell my property and sometimes need info PRIOR to my trips to that area. I am 3 hours away. However, if they have NO website and I can locate NO regular e-mail address for this agent/agency.....it will be HARD to do business with them in the future....as I WILL be BUYING property in their area as SOON as my house sells. I simply want to know if they are going to ADD interior pictures to the MLS listing so I can either keep it on my "oooh yeah" list or not..... I am disappointed. I will find out what I need to know from someone else. Thank you. Carolyn Love
