I worked with Zane Gerringer while looking for a home to purchase in the Greensboro, NC area. I called about a house that Allen Tate Realty had listed and it was then that I met Zane for the first time. I met Zane at the house I wanted to see and although I decided to not make an offer I really had a strong feeling that Zane would be great to work with so I explained what I was looking for and he set out helping me find the right property. Once we found just the right place, Zane went to work and we soon had an accepted offer on the table. Zane worked diligently to ensure we had everything ready by the time the closing date arrived and the purchase was closed without any problems. My banker remarked many times to me how he was impressed with Zane's attention to detail and professional attitude and how I had made a great choice in choosing an agent. I have worked with several real estate brokers in the past and Zane ranks at the top in his knowledge of the area market, his professional attitude and work ethic. He took time to understand my wants/needs and helped me find exactly the house that suited me. If I sell or buy additional property in the area there is no doubt in my mind that Zane will get my business.
