Sharon is extremely dependable, honest, and timely in such a sensitive time in anyone's life of home hunting. I was in a time constraint traveling quite a bit from my previous location and stressed this to her. She took all of my requests and worked as diligently as possible! She was completely honest,something I feel is sometimes not easy to find in this process. I feel she truly cared about me making the right living decision, not simply making the sale! All of these reasons, is why I would highly recommend Sharon for the area and will use her again with out a doubt if I relocate within her area!! Thanks Sharon!!!
Sharon is truly an incredible agent
I've lived in Gboro for over 10 years. Some agents just want the deal to be done, get their commission and move on... Not Sharon. We looked at several homes in neighborhoods we wanted to possibly reside. Sharon NEVER pushed us to a more expensive home that was out of our price range. She was very professional, followed up on critical property details, talking with our lawyer and making sure we got exactly what we were buying without ANY surprises. The seller made it a difficult process for us, but Sharon made it so smooth and guided us through many difficult situations. We were SO glad to have had her recommeneded to us! She saved us thousands of dollars and headaches on this purchase. We now live in our dream home and thank god we had Sharon on OUR side. She truly has your best interest in mind. And tough at the same time. You can't go wrong with Sharon. She will go above and beyond for you and make sure YOU are happy. I am a tough critic and I can truly give Sharon 5 stars across the board.
Excellent Experience
Sharon is one of the experienced people I have every worked with. I had two other agents for thirteen months with no luck. My friend and neighbor suggested Sharon in late February and the house sold in less than six weeks. I would recomment Sharon to anyone. She is the best! Helped me get an excellent deal on a property I love. Although the house I sold was in a different area and with a different agent, Sharon did more to help me sell the house than the selling agent did.
Finding a home
Sharon did a great job helping me find a home that suited my needs with just a short time before I had to move from the rental I was in. She was a great help and would often have to meet me every other day to look at houses. I would recommend her to anyone with their house hunting prospects.

Sharon was a great asset when it came to buying my house. I never imagined all the things that could come up in the process of buying/selling a home; but Sharon did. She was with me every step of the way and always kept in constant contact so I never had to wonder where things were going. I found Sharon through a website. I emailed her and we started communicating rather quickly. My husband and I were first time home buyers and weren't sure how soon we would buy. Sharon was so patient with us and had no problem waiting. She wanted us to find the "right house" as much as we did. She's so personable and listens to all of your concerns. I would end up emailing her tons of questions at the most random hours in the evening. I always got a response within 24 hours, with all of my questions answered. Even after we bought the house, there were still some questions and some things to be finished. She helped us when most realtors would say they were finished. I know that even now, 3 months later, I could still call her with any questions. I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell.
She is a keeper
Sharon is a fantastic real estate agent. She listens to the needs of the client and works hard to meet those needs. She is personable and friendly. Our only regret is that we no longer live in the Greensboro area...or we would use her in California now!!
Great Experience
I was recommended by my friend to work with Sharon and he gave her rave reviews. Sharon and I worked together for about 6 months looking for a condo or townhome. I did not know anything about purchasing a home. She explained to me the pros and cons about different properties we went to see. Sharon and I worked as a team. She is very experienced, great attitude and ALWAYS responsive. Even after the purchase, she still helped me with little maintenance items around my home. Buying my first home really was pretty simple working with Sharon.
Great Agent and Person
My wife and I have been looking for quite a while and Sharon has been a great help with the entire process. We have viewed numerous homes and Sharon is working "in our corner" to help us devise a plan to purchase our home. She is also understanding in that we need to get our current home sold and patient while we work on that as well. She is very knowledgable in her job.
