"
I have a difficult house, will it should not have been difficult to sell, it is custom and more. I had it on the market for 2 years and then gave the listing to Frank after my son found some of the web sites Frank uses. We are under contract to close on my 8,000+sqft home this month. The buyer’s are from California and found my house off this web site www.7017Horseman.com. Hire Frank if you want out side the box marketing!
"
Response: "$1M+ home sales are rare these days, thanks Mr Otto!" This review has been confirmed by the reviewer.

"Frank was all about making my home sale a professional business transaction. He likes to say he operated as my Fiduciary and what that really meant he was my advocate in every respect. If you want someone to cross each "T" and dot each "i" then you must interview Frank."
Response: "Awesome, thanks Beth!" This review has been confirmed by the reviewer.

At listing time, I provide the contract signed by me that allows the client to fire me for any or no reason. While I’ve yet to be fired, there have times when the chemistry between me and my employer (the seller) just did not seem fun. I love the challenge of helping people but it has to be fun too! If it is not, the parting ways is best.

Understanding what it means to be a fiduciary and not losing sight of that foundation.

If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
Fortunate to have lived in St Louis, Chicago, Atlanta, Charlotte and Greensboro/Winston-Salem. I’ve visited 46 states and I’d guess Greensboro is hard to beat. Even though I’ve not visited Hawaii, that might be the fantasy location.
