- Most homes in this market are between $100,000. and $400,000.
- Why do you enjoy being a real estate agent?
- I feel that being a real estate agent allows me to help other people in ways that I wish my real estate should have. I also like that I can still have time for my family and still meet many wonderful new friends.
- What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
- I used to think that there were challenges related to the economy, but I think that the only challenges are the the perceived ones. Most of these perceived challenges can be overcome, if you work on it.
- Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.
- I have been very blessed in this business and found several successes in just a short while. I do not wish to pin point any one success; however, I will say that many of my clients eventually become my friends for the long haul. This is a great perk to have in a business.
- What is your best characteristic?
- I have very strong communication skills and I have a strong backround in technology. I have worked in the communications industry prior to coming into real estate and I have been able to use that to my advantage.
- Who or what inspires you the most?
- There are many people who inspire me. There are some older and more experienced agents that I have met. Many of my friends inspire me and sometimes a total stranger that I just met might inspire me. I am just grateful for everyone who has touched my life.
- What is the best advice you ever received?
- The best advice that I ever got was to be yourself. Whether you are writing a blog online, a letter or doing an advertisement, just be yourself, because most people will figure out if you are being fake. Once they find that out, you lose all credibility.
- If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
- I can live almost anywhere, but for the time being, I love living here in Central North Carolina. There is a great mix of indoor and outdoor activities. There are so many things to do here. This is why my website is named what it is....LoveCentralNC...I want others to find out why living here is so great!
