Comments: "I currently rent and apartment that is managed by Pete Burgess of Burgess Management Group(BMG). BMG has exhibited shady business tactics to the point that I will no longer rent from them. Their customer service is also sub-par. I've have 4 maintenance requests that have yet to be taken care of. One of which is a leaking toilet. We are under water restrictions here in Greensboro, yet I can't get anyone to come and fix the toilet. After 6 months of trying, I hired someone to fix it myself. The other requests still haven't been fixed after almost 9 months. For someone that pays rent on time ever month not to be able to get simple maintenance done is ridiculous, and that's why I am in the process of finding somewhere else to live. BMG doesn't deserve mines or anyone else's business." Read full review |
