Maria C. Plazas was a terrible agent in every aspect and I will never refer her nor contact her for any future real estate needs. Her professionalism was non-existent and she failed to perform all duties necessary to selling my home (no game plan, no appearance to inpections, walkthroughs, etc., no negotiating skills, no review of paperwork). If you want someone to toss a sign in your front yard and never do anything again, call her. She'll drop off a sign, get your signature agreeing to pay her fees (probably screw up your listing and cost you $$$ when buyer demands personal property she included "by accident") and bail on you! Be prepared to hold your own Open Houses, print your own flyers, negotiate with prospective buyers and their agents, conduct inspections, walkthroughs, close and know she'll get paid nonetheless.
