I desided to buy my first house a year and ahalf ago. I didnt have any idea how to start or what to do. A friend of mine told me about Dana Faircloth at RE/MAX. On my first appt Dana gave me pics and web sites of houses in three counties around where I work. After reviewing houses on the web Dana gave me a tour of each one I was interested in. After touring a few I felt bad, like I was takeing up to much of her time because it was a busy time for buying house. Dana asured me that I would find the best house for me and allways stayed in touch and allways showed up at houses to help me look. Dana made me feel like I was her number one costomer. The very best thing about Dana Faircloth is that she walked me through every step of the process of buying my house. That was so great. I feel like Dana went out of her way to help me. If anyone is lookind for a house I give Dana Faircloth FIVE stars. I love my house. THANKS! Dana

Nancy is an unorganized, unprofessional property manager. She takes weeks to have repairs completed, and that requires multiple phone calls to her in order for to even remember to call the repairmen. She does not follow up on anything, and she honestly doesn't care if the repairs ever get completed. She will also keep money that is owed to her tennants for repairs that don't exist or are not needed. Only use her as a property manager if you want a property manager who will do nothing for you. Beware!

Dana and Gloria sold our home in about 30 days. It was a good experience and we are pleased with their service.

I worked with Natasha for several months. She was on target and on point with everything I asked for. I had difficulties with my loan and she made this very scary, difficult time easier. She never let me worry. She asked me what I wanted, got me to a lender, then another lender, and got my house closed on time! She gives 100%. I will always recommend her to friends, family and the public.

I had a very short amount of time to look for a house, she devoted all the time she had that I was there to look for a new home to me. Made me feel like she was on my side. But after I put the money down and the transaction could no longer be back out of, she was useless. Because i was out of state during the buying process, I expected her to check up on the progress on the house, as far as the irrigation system that was suppose to be place and hardwood floor installation etc. When my husband had to close on the house for us, she left out of town and did not follow up with us. The lawn was torn apart and the house was full of dirt during the walk through- I emailed her photos of the disaster and she only told me to relax and that was what builders do- they will take care of it. Nevertheless, she never followed up with us to make sure the closing went well when she came back to town. I never heard back from her once she got her money from me. after living in my first house she helped me find, I realized that she only showed me houses in one regionwith the Fayetteville/fort bragg area- a place i would rather not live in now. I also Found out that I paid over $30,000 more than what the house was listed for only 2 months before I bought it. She knew I was a first time home buyer, she did not show me comps, she did not let me know I was OVER paying for the house, she did not follow through to make sure I was taken care of during my closing that she was not even there for. I would NEVER recommend her for any first time home buyers. She also has a "policy" to not negotiate the prices of a house. She prefers to get "freebies" but have you pay for full asking price.....gee... I wonder why.... .!?!

I have worked with Cynthia for over 3 years she has shown me and my wife over 100 houses. I finally brought one and she did an excellent job tkae care of us and ensuring we got everything we wanted. She really looks out for you and is concerned in what you want. Give her a chance you will not be dissapointed, I give her a 15 on a scale of 1-20. Thanks Cynthia we love the house.

Very unprofessional, devulges private information freely with others, lacks follow through, more concerned about her well being then her clients, unorganized, very shady and would NEVER recommend to anyone! If it was up to me she wouldn't receive a dime of commission from our home purchase.

By Consent, the Commission revoked the broker license of Mr. Walker effective August 28, 2008. The Commission found that Mr. Walker, acting as a buyer agent, received $138,000 from a buyer as purchase money for a house and lot, did not maintain the money in a trust account, and was unable to account for or remit the money when the buyer’s transaction closed. The Commission also found that Mr. Walker converted a significant portion of the money to his own use and fabricated bank statements and other records of his trust account transactions to conceal his conversion of the money from the Commission.

My husband and I have bought two houses with Mandy's assistance.
