Giving agents the option to pay a transaction fee without commission splits. Agents learn how to operate their own business, but under the umbrella of a company and not have all the expenses of incorporating or franchise fee. I have been in the Real Estate Industry since 1983, learning all the aspects of the business from working with a builder/contractor, the mortgage industry for 8 years and also a local Real Estate Attorney. I obtained my Real Estate Licenses in 1992 in NC, but was transferred to GA with a military move. I began my selling career in Valdosta. We moved back several years later on a compassionate reassignment because of my mother dying with breast cancer. I have been selling with a successful career with a Re/Max franchise in Fayetteville NC. After 12 years and the changing of the Real Estate market, I decided it was time to branch out and incorporate. I have opened a Property Management side of the business also. I did this to continue to service my clients that I have sold homes to. My clients are important to me. It is highly important that the home they purchased is well maintained and keeps its property value.
